Assessment and Grading

All the work of MYP students is internally assessed by teachers using a criterion-related approach. The assessment criteria for each subject correspond to the objectives of a particular subject group. The level of student success in reaching the objectives of each subject group is therefore measured in terms of levels of achievement described in each assessment criterion.

Final grade descriptor

Final grading in the Middle Years Programme follows the grading system based on the IB 1 to 7 scale.
